Students are required to provide an official proof of status (e.g. enrolment certificate or valid institutional ID). Please submit this documentation before registration to iva.simunic@vivid-original.com.
Fee includes:
- Access to all scientific conference events
- Access to the exhibition area
- Conference materials
- Lunches and Coffee breaks
- Opening Ceremony
- Conference dinner
Fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Transfers (you must make your own arrangements to and from the venue)
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Participants who cancel their participation in writing to the technical organizer, Vivid Original, by August 7, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the paid registration fee after the Conference, less VAT and a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made after August 7, 2026, are non-refundable; however, participant name substitutions are allowed.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Free cancellation: 91 days before the arrival.
- 90 – 76 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 15% of the total price
- 75 – 56 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 25% of the total price
- 55 – 41 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the total price
- 40 – 31 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 75% of the total price
- 30 – 0 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the total price
After the departure date or in case of a “no‑show”: Cancellation fee: 100% of the total price
Additional Notes
- Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the above schedule.
- Changes that are considered cancellations (e.g., name changes not permitted by the supplier) will be charged according to the same scale.
