Students are required to provide an official proof of status (e.g. enrolment certificate or valid institutional ID). Please submit this documentation before registration to iva.simunic@vivid-original.com.
Participants who attended the ESHRE 42nd Annual Meeting may enter the Promo code during registration to receive a discount.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Participants who cancel their participation in writing to the technical organizer, Vivid Original, by August 7, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the paid registration fee after the Conference, less VAT and a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made after August 7, 2026, are non-refundable; however, participant name substitutions are allowed.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Free cancellation: 91 days before the arrival.
- 90 – 71 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 25% of the total price
- 71 – 40 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the total price
- 40 – 0 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the total price
After the departure date or in case of a “no‑show”: Cancellation fee: 100% of the total price
Additional Notes
- Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the above schedule.
- Changes that are considered cancellations (e.g., name changes not permitted by the supplier) will be charged according to the same scale.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & INFORMATION DESK
The Conference Registration & Information Desk will be located at the conference venue, Hotel Cascais Miragem, ground floor.
Participants can collect their conference badge at the desk and receive assistance with all conference-related information, including the scientific programme, social events, transfers, venue information and other organisational matters.
